This dramatic, custom-designed piece in yellow gold features two striking round center stones—a vibrant blue sapphire and a brilliant white diamond—arranged in a bold, side-by-side layout. Each stone is framed by its own contrasting halo: the sapphire is surrounded by a ring of round white diamonds, while the diamond is encircled by channel-set blue sapphires.
