Marivion takes its inspiration from the heirloom rings of the early 20th century, where the band itself was as much a piece of jewelry as the center stone. A round brilliant-cut diamond sits raised on an open gallery, but the real character of this ring lives in the shank below it. The band sweeps up toward the center stone in a soft, wave-like curve, widening at the shoulders and tapering at the back, with multiple rows of pavé-set diamonds covering its top surface.
Fine milgrain beading edges nearly every contour of the band, the borders of the pavé sections, the outline of the gallery, the curves of the shoulders. Milgrain is the small detail that separates handcrafted vintage-style work from generic vintage-inspired designs, and it gives Marivion its heirloom-quality feel.

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after final approval.
A note on sizing: pricing may also vary with ring size, as gold weight changes accordingly. For designs with side stones, the total number of stones and total carat weight may vary based on size. Please also note that, depending on the style, some rings cannot be resized after they’re made your designer will walk you through this before the design is finalized.

What is milgrain, exactly? Milgrain is a row of tiny metal beads applied along an edge, typically on the borders of pavé sections or band edges. It’s a hallmark of antique and vintage-inspired jewelry, and it adds a soft, textured quality that smooth metal can’t replicate.
Will Marivion still feel comfortable for everyday wear? Yes. Despite the vintage detailing, the band tapers at the back of the finger for comfort, and the surface is fully polished and finished. Vintage-inspired doesn’t mean uncomfortable.
Can I order Marivion without milgrain? Yes, the same shank silhouette can be built with smooth, polished edges instead. It changes the character significantly, more contemporary, less heirloom, but the proportions of the design hold up well either way.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds? Yes, we work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds. Your designer can walk you through the differences in price, sourcing, and certification to help you choose what fits your priorities.
How long does it take to make Marivion? Typically 4 to 6 weeks from final design approval to delivery.
