Most custom rings are completed in 4 to 6 weeks from first consultation to finished piece. Simpler designs can be done in 2 to 4 weeks. If you have a specific proposal or anniversary date, let us know upfront and we’ll plan accordingly.
A jeweler typically sells or repairs jewelry. A jewelry designer creates original pieces from scratch — sketching, modeling, and crafting them by hand. Mack is both, but his primary work is original design and master craftsmanship.
Yes. Many clients bring inherited stones, diamonds from previous pieces, or family heirloom jewelry to reimagine. We’ll incorporate your stones into a new custom design or rework an existing piece into something you’ll actually wear.
Yes. Every custom design includes a 3D CAD preview so you see exactly what your piece will look like before production begins. It’s included in every commission — never offered as an upgrade.
