Mack took excellent care of my ring and my experience with Regal Studio was wonderful. I was fortunate enough to get my late Mimi’s wedding ring when she passed away and my fiancé proposed to me with it. After losing the diamond, I was devastated. I had purchased a ring from another jeweler and brought it to Mack to place inside the band. When I went to pick it up, Mack informed me that he could take care of me and was able to give me a better, more beautiful diamond and save me over $1000. I teared up!
